1. Definitions
For these Terms:
- “Carekeeping” or “Service” means the Carekeeping application, website, and related services provided by Bradshaw Logic.
- “Bradshaw Logic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the provider of Carekeeping.
- “User” or “you” means the individual using Carekeeping.
- “Care Recipient” means a person whose care-related information is organized or recorded in Carekeeping.
- “Household” means a Carekeeping family or household workspace.
- “Household Owner” means the user assigned the Owner role for a Household.
- “Care Team” means users authorized to access or help manage information for a Household or Care Recipient.
- “Authorized User” means a user who has valid permission to access the applicable Household or Care Recipient.
- “Care Information” means information entered, uploaded, generated from user-entered records, or otherwise stored in Carekeeping concerning a Household, Care Recipient, care activity, or related Service use.
2. Voluntary Use and Acceptance
Use of Carekeeping is voluntary.
You are not required to create or maintain a Carekeeping account. If you choose to create an account or continue using Carekeeping after being presented with these Terms, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Carekeeping Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer.
You may stop using Carekeeping at any time. Account and data deletion options are described in Section 15.
3. What Carekeeping Is
Carekeeping is a consumer care-coordination, scheduling, reminder, record-keeping, reporting, and authorized family/Care Team communication product provided by Bradshaw Logic.
Carekeeping is designed to help users organize information entered by them and by Authorized Users.
Carekeeping is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, hospital, pharmacy, emergency-response service, diagnostic service, medical device, or source of medical advice.
Carekeeping does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, determine whether care should be given, verify that a medication or dose is medically appropriate, or replace professional medical judgment.
4. Private Beta
Carekeeping may be offered as a private beta while features, workflows, security controls, mobile capabilities, reports, and integrations are still being developed and tested.
Beta features may be changed, limited, removed, or temporarily unavailable. During the private beta, do not rely on Carekeeping as the sole source of time-sensitive, safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial information.
You should maintain independent records, safeguards, or processes appropriate for important care information and verify critical information before acting on it.
5. Eligibility, Age, and Authority
You may create or use a Carekeeping account only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the Service.
If applicable law does not permit you to enter into these Terms independently, a parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized adult must create or manage the account on your behalf where permitted by law.
If you create, manage, view, or share information about a child, dependent, family member, or other Care Recipient, you represent that you have appropriate authority or permission to do so.
You may not knowingly create, manage, or disclose another person's Care Information without authorization.
6. Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for protecting devices that can access your Carekeeping account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it reasonably current.
Carekeeping may require account verification, reauthentication, or other identity-confirmation steps for sensitive actions such as account deletion, password changes, privacy requests, or ownership changes.
7. Households, Care Recipients, and Care Teams
Carekeeping uses Household, Care Recipient, and Care Team permissions to control access to shared information.
Household Owners and authorized administrators are responsible for managing membership, assigned roles, Care Recipient access, and removal of people who should no longer have access.
By inviting another person to a Household or Care Team, you understand that the invited person may gain access to sensitive Care Information according to the permissions assigned to that person.
Users must not intentionally grant access to someone who is not authorized to view or manage the applicable information.
8. User-Entered Care Information
Carekeeping relies primarily on information entered by Users and Authorized Users.
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of information you enter or maintain, including medications, doses, schedules, allergies, conditions, emergency contacts, episodes, glucose readings, behaviors, activities, appointments, therapies, supplies, equipment, and other Care Information.
Carekeeping does not independently verify that user-entered information is medically correct, complete, or current.
9. License to Operate the Service; Ownership of User Information
You retain whatever rights you otherwise have in Care Information that you lawfully submit to Carekeeping.
You grant Bradshaw Logic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use Care Information only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate and provide Carekeeping;
- carry out actions and sharing choices requested by Authorized Users;
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service;
- create reports, exports, reminders, and other features requested through the Service; and
- comply with applicable law and valid legal process.
This license does not transfer ownership of your Care Information to Bradshaw Logic.
Any product-improvement use of personal or health-related information must remain consistent with the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and actual production practices.
10. Medications, Care Tasks, Reminders, and Notifications
Carekeeping may organize medication information, care tasks, schedules, reminders, and notifications.
Carekeeping does not prescribe medication, determine whether a medication or treatment is appropriate, or guarantee that a reminder or notification will be delivered.
Notifications may be delayed, suppressed, unavailable, or affected by device settings, operating-system behavior, notification permissions, battery settings, network connectivity, third-party services, or service interruptions.
Do not rely on Carekeeping as the sole method of ensuring that medication, treatment, appointments, or other required care occurs.
Always follow the current prescription label, clinician instructions, and the Care Recipient's established care plan.
11. Reports, Timelines, Patterns, and Emergency Information
Carekeeping may create reports, summaries, timelines, patterns, correlations, and emergency summaries from information entered into the Service.
These features are organizational tools. They do not establish medical causation, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment recommendations, or medical advice.
An association between recorded events does not mean that one event caused another.
Carekeeping emergency summaries are not official medical records and are not a substitute for professional medical instructions or emergency-response services.
If you believe someone is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service for your location.
12. Exported and Shared Information
Authorized Users may export, print, download, or otherwise share reports and other information from Carekeeping.
Once information has been exported from Carekeeping or shared outside the Service, it may no longer be protected by Carekeeping's access controls.
You are responsible for deciding who should receive exported or shared information and for handling that information appropriately.
13. Electronic Communications
You agree that Bradshaw Logic may provide service-related notices, disclosures, account messages, security notices, privacy-request responses, and other non-marketing communications electronically, including through Carekeeping, by email, or through other contact information you provide.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
Push notifications and other optional communications may be controlled through applicable Carekeeping or device settings.
Marketing communications, if ever offered, will be subject to any separate consent and opt-out requirements that apply. General acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
14. Privacy and Consumer Health Data
Your use of Carekeeping is also subject to the Carekeeping Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Carekeeping Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Carekeeping may process sensitive personal and health-related information needed to provide the features Users choose to use.
Carekeeping does not sell recipient health information or consumer health data and does not use recipient health information or consumer health data for targeted advertising, provided those statements continue to match actual production practices and third-party integrations.
Current privacy information is available at:

15. Account, Household, and Data Deletion
You can initiate deletion of your Carekeeping account from Care Profile → Settings → Account & privacy → Delete my account.
Information about browser-based deletion requests is available at:
https://carekeeping.app/delete-account
If you are a non-owner member of a shared Household or Care Team, deleting your account removes your access but must not delete records that belong to other Authorized Users or the shared Care Recipient.
If you are a Household Owner, unresolved ownership must be addressed before your account can be deleted. Depending on the Household, you may be required to transfer ownership or explicitly delete the Household and its Care Recipient data.
If you are the sole member of a Household you own and you choose the Household-deletion path, deleting your account may also permanently delete that Household, its Care Recipients, and Household-scoped care records.
Where shared historical care records need to remain for other Authorized Users, Carekeeping may remove or de-identify the deleted User's active account relationship while preserving information necessary to maintain the shared record.
Carekeeping may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement of these Terms, or backup processing.
Specific retention and backup periods will be stated only after they are verified against the production systems and providers.
Deletion cannot be undone once completed.
Nothing in this Section limits privacy or deletion rights that cannot legally be waived.
16. Third-Party Services
Carekeeping may rely on third-party infrastructure and services for functions such as hosting, authentication, database services, email delivery, notifications, application distribution, maps, or other technical operations.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices when you interact with them directly.
Carekeeping is not responsible for third-party services that are outside Bradshaw Logic's control, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
17. Acceptable Use
You may not use Carekeeping to:
- access another person's information without authorization;
- impersonate another person;
- bypass or attempt to bypass access controls;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- introduce malicious code or automated abuse;
- knowingly submit fraudulent information;
- use the Service in violation of applicable law; or
- use Carekeeping in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
18. Suspension and Termination
Bradshaw Logic may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:
- protect Users or the Service;
- investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or security concerns;
- comply with applicable law or valid legal process; or
- address material or repeated violations of these Terms.
Where practicable, Bradshaw Logic may provide reasonable notice before a non-emergency suspension or termination. Immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Suspension or termination may affect account access but does not automatically require deletion of shared Household or Care Recipient records belonging to other Authorized Users.
Information may be retained where necessary to preserve shared-record integrity, protect other Authorized Users, comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce these Terms.
If you believe an account restriction was applied in error, you may contact info@carekeeping.app for review.
19. Intellectual Property
Carekeeping, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, and original content provided by Bradshaw Logic, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Carekeeping or Bradshaw Logic intellectual property to Users.
Users retain whatever rights they otherwise have in information they lawfully enter into Carekeeping.
20. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Carekeeping, Bradshaw Logic may use that feedback to improve the Service without creating an obligation to compensate you.
Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person as product feedback.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bradshaw Logic and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful use of Carekeeping;
- your material violation of these Terms;
- your unauthorized collection, use, disclosure, or sharing of another person's information; or
- content you submit that infringes another person's rights.
This Section does not require you to indemnify Bradshaw Logic for Bradshaw Logic's own misconduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carekeeping is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Bradshaw Logic does not warrant that Carekeeping will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, medically accurate, or suitable for any particular medical, clinical, safety-critical, or emergency purpose.
Nothing in this Section limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bradshaw Logic and Carekeeping will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any liability that cannot be excluded under the paragraph above will be limited to direct damages that are actually proven and legally recoverable.
No fixed monetary liability cap is stated in this version of the Terms. Bradshaw Logic may adopt a specific monetary cap in a future version after appropriate legal and business review.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
24. Governing Law, Venue, and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Carekeeping may be brought in a court or other forum that has lawful jurisdiction over the dispute and the parties.
Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration, waives a right to a jury trial, or waives participation in a class or representative action unless a future version of the Terms expressly states otherwise and such a provision is enforceable under applicable law.
The parties may attempt to resolve disputes informally before filing a claim, but these Terms do not require a mandatory pre-dispute process unless applicable law requires one.
Nothing in this Section limits rights, remedies, forums, or procedural protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
25. General Contract Terms
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Carekeeping feature, constitute the agreement governing use of the Service with respect to their subject matter.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
A failure by Bradshaw Logic to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your Carekeeping account or your rights under these Terms to another person except through Carekeeping's authorized ownership-transfer or account-management processes where available.
Bradshaw Logic may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive account deletion or termination—including intellectual-property provisions, privacy and record-preservation obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and general contract terms—will survive to the extent permitted by law.
26. Changes to These Terms
Bradshaw Logic may update these Terms as Carekeeping, applicable law, platform requirements, or service practices change.
The current version and effective date will be published at:
If a change is material, Carekeeping may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
Nothing in this Section limits rights or notice requirements that cannot legally be waived.
27. Provider and Contact
Carekeeping is provided by Bradshaw Logic.
Additional legal entity or business-address information will be provided where required by applicable law or when Bradshaw Logic finalizes the applicable business entity information for publication.
