Delete Your Carekeeping Account
Depending on your Household role, shared Care Recipient records and Household ownership may affect what is deleted or preserved.
Request deletion from a browser
You may request deletion of your Carekeeping account and associated personal information using the form below.
You can also start deletion inside Carekeeping at Care Profile → Settings → Account & privacy → Delete my account.
To protect your information, Carekeeping may verify your identity or authority before processing a request.

Keep this reference for your records. A nonsensitive acknowledgement email is sent to the contact email when delivery is available. Carekeeping may contact you if identity or authority verification is required.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
When a verified deletion request is processed, Carekeeping deletes or de-identifies personal information associated with the account, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, or preservation of authorized shared Care Recipient records.
If you contributed information to a shared Household or Care Recipient record, deleting your account removes your access and account relationship. Shared care records may remain for other Authorized Users when necessary to preserve a Care Recipient's care history.
Specific deletion-completion and backup-retention timeframes are still being verified against the production systems and will be published here once confirmed.
