Carekeeping Support
Help with private-beta access, account activation, family invitations, Care Team access, password recovery, privacy, and account deletion.
How do I get a Carekeeping account?
Carekeeping is currently a private beta. New family-owner accounts require an approved private-beta invitation. People joining an existing Care Team use the invitation process provided by that household.
I received a Carekeeping invitation.
Open the activation link in the email, create your password if prompted, review the current Carekeeping legal and privacy documents, and continue only if you voluntarily choose to use Carekeeping and agree to the required terms.
I forgot my password.
Use the Forgot Password option on the Carekeeping sign-in screen. Password recovery restores access only to the existing account and does not create new family access or bypass invitation requirements.
I can sign in but cannot see a care recipient.
Caregiver and Viewer access can be limited to specific recipients. Ask the household Owner or Admin to review your assigned access.
How do I manage notifications?
Open Care Profile and use the Notifications area to manage the notification options available to your account and device. Notifications are convenience features and should not be the sole method of ensuring care occurs.
How do I delete my account?
If you can sign in, open Care Profile → Settings → Account & privacy → Delete my account. If you cannot sign in, visit the Delete Account page for the current public request method.
