Carekeeping Medical Disclaimer

Version 1.1

Effective September 26, 2026 · Published September 26, 2026

1. Carekeeping Is Not a Medical Service

Carekeeping is a consumer care-coordination, scheduling, reminder, record-keeping, reporting, and authorized family/Care Team communication service.

Carekeeping is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, hospital, pharmacy, emergency-response service, diagnostic service, medical device, or substitute for professional medical care.

Carekeeping does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, prescribing, or professional medical judgment.

2. User-Entered Information

Carekeeping primarily organizes information entered by users and Authorized Care Team members.

Carekeeping does not independently verify that user-entered information is medically correct, complete, current, or appropriate for a particular person.

Users are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the information they enter.

3. Medications, Doses, and Care Tasks

Carekeeping may display medication names, doses, routes, schedules, administration records, care tasks, therapies, treatments, and related information entered by users.

Displaying or organizing that information does not mean Carekeeping has determined that a medication, dose, route, treatment, therapy, or schedule is medically appropriate.

Always follow the current prescription label, clinician instructions, and the Care Recipient's established care plan.

Questions about medications, doses, treatment, therapy, or care decisions should be directed to an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.

4. Reminders and Notifications

Carekeeping may provide optional medication, appointment, care-task, and other reminders or notifications.

These reminders are convenience features and may be delayed, suppressed, unavailable, or affected by device settings, notification permissions, battery settings, operating-system behavior, network connectivity, third-party services, or service interruptions.

Do not rely on Carekeeping as the sole method of ensuring that medication, treatment, appointments, or other required care occurs.

5. Reports, Timelines, Patterns, and Correlations

Carekeeping may create reports, summaries, timelines, trends, patterns, correlations, or associations from recorded information.

These features are organizational tools intended to help users review information they or Authorized Users entered.

They do not establish medical causation, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment recommendations, or medical advice.

An association between recorded events does not mean that one event caused another.

Carekeeping should not be used to make medical decisions without appropriate professional guidance.

6. Emergency Information

Carekeeping may generate emergency summaries or display information such as medications, allergies, known episodes, emergency contacts, or other Care Information entered by users.

These features are intended to help organize and communicate user-entered information.

They are not official medical records, emergency identification systems, or emergency-response services.

If you believe someone is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service for your location and follow the Care Recipient's established emergency instructions.

7. Glucose, Episodes, Behaviors, and Other Observations

Carekeeping may allow users to record glucose readings, seizures or other episodes, behaviors, symptoms, activities, sleep, meals, hydration, therapies, and other observations.

Carekeeping does not independently determine whether a reading, event, symptom, or observation is normal, abnormal, clinically significant, or in need of treatment.

Carekeeping does not detect, predict, prevent, or diagnose seizures, episodes, glucose events, behavioral events, or other medical conditions.

8. No Professional Relationship

Use of Carekeeping does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, therapist-patient, or other professional healthcare relationship with Carekeeping, Bradshaw Logic, or their personnel.

9. Private Beta

Carekeeping may be offered as a private beta while features, workflows, reports, security controls, and mobile capabilities are still being developed and tested.

Beta features may change, be limited, contain defects, or be temporarily unavailable.

During the private beta, do not rely on Carekeeping as the sole source of time-sensitive, safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial information.

Maintain independent records, safeguards, and care processes appropriate for important or critical information.

10. External Services and Devices

Carekeeping may interact with or link to third-party services such as maps, device notifications, application stores, or other user-selected functionality.

Carekeeping does not control the accuracy, availability, or medical suitability of third-party services or devices.

11. Voluntary Use

Use of Carekeeping is voluntary.

You may choose not to use Carekeeping and may stop using the Service at any time.

By choosing to use Carekeeping, you acknowledge the limitations described in this Medical Disclaimer.
