Specific production logging, diagnostic, and vendor data flows will be described only to the extent they are verified against the production configuration.

6. How We Share Information

Carekeeping shares or makes information available only as needed for the Service and the permissions configured by users.

Authorized Household and Care Team Users

Information may be available to Household members, caregivers, and Care Team members according to their assigned role, permissions, and Care Recipient access.

Service Providers

Carekeeping may use service providers that process information on behalf of Bradshaw Logic to operate functions such as:

  • hosting and database services;
  • authentication;
  • file storage;
  • transactional email;
  • push notifications;
  • application hosting and delivery;
  • technical infrastructure; and
  • other features requested by users.

The final production vendor/SDK inventory will be used to keep this disclosure aligned with the released application.

Parties You Direct Us to Share With

Information may be exported, printed, downloaded, or otherwise shared when an Authorized User directs Carekeeping to do so.

Once information is exported or shared outside Carekeeping, it may no longer be subject to Carekeeping's access controls.

Legal, Security, and Protection Purposes

Carekeeping may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law or valid legal process;
  • protect the security or integrity of Carekeeping;
  • investigate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
  • protect the rights or safety of users or others; or
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. Sale, Advertising, and Tracking

Carekeeping does not sell recipient health information or consumer health data.

Carekeeping does not use recipient health information or consumer health data for targeted advertising.

The final production vendor, SDK, analytics, logging, cookie, and integration configuration will be reviewed before public release so these disclosures remain consistent with the released Service.

8. Children, Dependents, and Other Care Recipients

Carekeeping may be used by parents, guardians, caregivers, and other Authorized Users to maintain information concerning children, dependents, family members, or other Care Recipients.

The person creating or managing a Care Recipient's information is responsible for having appropriate authority or permission to do so.

Carekeeping account creation is limited to people who are legally permitted to enter into the Carekeeping Terms of Service and use the Service.

Where applicable law requires a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult to manage an account, that requirement applies.

9. Household and Care Team Access

Carekeeping uses role and Care Recipient access controls to limit information available to users.

Household Owners and authorized administrators are responsible for granting access only to people who are authorized to view or manage the applicable Care Recipient's information.

When a Care Team member is removed or a user leaves a Household, that user should lose access to information they are no longer authorized to access.

Shared historical care records may remain available to other Authorized Users where necessary to preserve the Care Recipient's care history.

10. Data Security

Carekeeping uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

These safeguards include access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, and other measures implemented in the Service and supporting infrastructure.

No information system can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your own account credentials and devices and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Where applicable law requires notification of a qualifying security or privacy incident, Bradshaw Logic will provide notifications in accordance with those legal requirements.

11. Data Retention

Carekeeping retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

  • providing the Service;
  • maintaining shared Care Recipient records;
  • preserving legitimate historical care information;
  • maintaining account and security records;
  • processing privacy and deletion requests;
  • preventing fraud and abuse;
  • complying with legal obligations;
  • resolving disputes; and
  • enforcing applicable agreements.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Carekeeping will not publish fixed retention or backup periods until those periods have been verified against the actual production database, authentication, hosting, logging, support, email, notification, storage, and backup configurations.

Where deletion is requested, information may be deleted, de-identified, retained as part of an authorized shared record, or retained for a limited legally permitted purpose depending on the data category and the request.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You can initiate deletion of your Carekeeping account from:

Care Profile → Settings → Account & privacy → Delete my account

Information about browser-based deletion requests is available at:

https://carekeeping.app/delete-account

If you cannot sign in, you may also contact:

info@carekeeping.app

Carekeeping may verify your identity or authority before acting on a deletion request.

Deleting an individual account does not necessarily require deletion of every historical record associated with a shared Household or Care Recipient.

If information must remain to preserve an authorized shared care record, Carekeeping may remove or de-identify the deleted user's active account relationship while preserving the shared record where appropriate.

If you are the sole member of a Household you own and choose the Household-deletion option, deletion may permanently remove the Household, Care Recipients, and Household-scoped care records.

Some limited information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement, or backup processing.

13. Privacy and Consumer Health Data Rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights concerning personal information or consumer health data.

These rights may include the right to:

  • request access to information;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion;
  • request information about certain disclosures or sharing;
  • withdraw consent where processing depends on consent;
  • request a copy of certain information; and
  • appeal certain privacy-request decisions where applicable law provides an appeal right.

Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to exceptions.

14. How to Submit a Privacy Request

To submit a privacy or consumer health data request, you may:

  • use available Carekeeping privacy and account controls;
  • review the current request options at https://carekeeping.app/delete-account; or
  • email info@carekeeping.app.

Carekeeping may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, confirm your authority to act for a Care Recipient, or locate the applicable account or records.

Do not send medication details, diagnoses, Care Recipient medical details, or other unnecessary sensitive Care Information in an email request unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

15. Appeals

If Carekeeping denies a request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may email:

info@carekeeping.app

Use the subject line:

Consumer Health Data Appeal

Include any request reference number that was provided and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

16. Third-Party Services and External Links

Carekeeping may contain links to or interact with third-party services, such as maps, application stores, device services, or other user-selected functionality.

When you interact directly with a third-party service, that service's privacy practices may also apply.

Bradshaw Logic is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties outside Bradshaw Logic's control.

17. International and Cross-Jurisdiction Processing

Carekeeping and its service providers may process information in locations where they operate infrastructure or provide services, subject to applicable legal requirements.

This Policy does not override privacy rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Bradshaw Logic may update this Privacy Policy as Carekeeping, its data practices, applicable law, or platform requirements change.

The current version and effective date will be published at:

https://carekeeping.app/privacy

If a change is material, Carekeeping may require users to review or acknowledge the updated policy before continuing to use the Service.
